Why we built MeetiQ

MeetiQ was born out of a frustration that's probably painfully familiar. After years of leading teams inside a large enterprise — sitting through all-hands that wandered, status meetings that could have been emails, and hour-long calls where half the attendees quietly checked out — it became clear that no one actually knew which meetings were working. Leadership assumed they were fine. Employees knew they weren't. But nobody had the data.

The problem isn't that people don't care about meeting quality. It's that there's never been a simple, anonymous, non-intrusive way to measure it at scale. Survey fatigue sets in. Feedback gets filtered through management layers. The honest signal never makes it to the top.

MeetiQ is our answer to that — built as a side hustle, nights and weekends, by someone who has sat through too many unproductive meetings to last a lifetime and finally decided to do something about it.
